CrazyDrill Flex is available in four executions in the drill sizes from 0.1 mm (.004”) to 2.0 mm (.079”):

- CrazyDrill Flex Steel

• Drilling depth 20, 30 x d, coated: Ø 0.2 – 1.2 mm (.008” - .047”); fractional inches available
• Drilling depth 50 x d, coated: Ø 0.3 – 2.0 mm (.012" - .079"); fractional inches available
• Drilling depth 20, 30 x d, uncoated: Ø 0.1 – 1.2 mm (.004” - .047”); 50 x d: Ø 0.3 - 1.2 mm (.012" - .047")
• Cooling: 20, 30 x d with external cooling, 50 x d with through-tool coolant

- CrazyDrill Flex Titanium for pure titanium

• Drilling depth 30 x d and 50 x d
• Ø 0.1 – 1.2 mm (.004” - .047”)
• Uncoated
• Cooling: 30 x d with external cooling, 50 x d with through-tool coolant

 - CrazyDrill Flex Titanium ATK for alloyed titanium

• Drilling depth 30 x d and 50 x d
• Ø 0.3 – 2.0 mm (.012” - .079”)

• Cooling: with through-tool coolant

- CrazyDrill Flex SST-Inox
