CrazyMill Frontchamfer for chamfering and deburring

  • Diameter d1 of 1.0 mm to 6.0 mm (.0393" to .236")
  • Allows the forward deburring of holes from 0.4 mm (.0157") (d2 min = 0.3 mm (.118"))
  • Chamfer of 90°
  • 4 to 6 teeth (depending on the diameter) for good surface quality
  • The tool does not have a pointed tip but a blunt cone shape and can therefore deburr the smallest offsets
  • Also suitable for thread deburring
